Evening Club Runs
Does CJRRC host any regular weekly runs? Now with fall and it getting dark early after work the towpath is dark at 6:30 pm. I wonder if there are any good routes or people I can run with on weekday evenings. My fastest pre-injury 5K was 24 minutes and change. I'm looking to run like 5 or more miles. Bill |

Here I am replying to my own message. I live in Dunellen and am looking to run with anyone, conditionally, of course, that I can keep-up at least part of the way. Possible times of Weeknights, weekends, and maybe mornings if its local to Dunellen. I don't belong to CJRRC and have no idea how the club operates. I just figured maybe I'd have a better shot of finding some people to run with in a running club forum. Respectfully, Bill M. |

I have two suggestions for you -- see if the Dunellen High School track is lighted, or join a gym for a few months. This is the last week that I will be able to run outside before it gets completely dark. After that it's to the gym. Linda |
