Beginner's running group
do you have a group of beginners that train together? I am a beginner looking for someone to run with on week day evenings in Colonial park or on the D&R tow path near the park. |

Elaine, Check out the Step by Step classes. They run in Colonial Park. Classes begin the 22nd. Step 1 is for beginners. Or Step 1 1/2 if you're already running ~1-2 miles a few times/week. Details are on the cjrrc website under Running Classes. The tow path is GREAT for running. |
