IMAC publisher Pat Clyne will be the guest speaker at the California Wreck Divers Annual Banquet in L.A. on March 1st. Clyne, whose association with Mel Fisher and his many expeditions spans 35 years of adventures with the late Treasure Hunter and his family, will present a multi-media retrospective of Fisher’s exploits and that of his “Golden Crew” through their 16 year search for the Atocha.
Clyne, who also participated in the “Titanic 2000 Expedition” and positioned some of Mel Fisher’s ashes at the helm of that great ship, will remember another fellow comrade of that expedition, Ralph White, who passed away suddenly this month of a stomach aneurysm. Ralph was a National Geographic photographer and is known for having spent more time on the bridge of the Titanic than its original Captain, Captain Smith.
