Welcome aboard Lass, can we drop the lines and set sail now that you're onboard? Great to see that you haven't forgotten the ol' seaweed gang. With all the old timers poppin' up (no pun intended John) I feel like we're doing a sequel to the "Over-The-Hill-Gang".
Hey, the great thing about it is that I'm sure we'll eventually get some of the young'uns to join us. I would love, as I know you would, to help them avoid some of the bureaucratic pitfalls that we fell into as well as some of the technical stuff they might need to know. Let's see how it goes.
BTW bootyful, have you and Laurie ever met except on the bb? I thought at one time or another all you gorgeous finny feline sea creatures swim into each other out on the ‘sand bar’ during happy hour.- but maybe not, it is a big ocean.
The reason I asked (big coincidence coming) is that earlier this week I sent her a pic of you and I on the Magruder the last time you surfaced near our bow. Now I know you believe in synchronicity so how “Twilight Zoneish” is dem odds???? Hear the music in the background ladies- do-do, do-do… (Music wasn’t my best subject by the way.)
OK-OK, enough of this maudlin reminiscing, so let's hit the briney and get down to some serious Treasure Hunting Mateys  go put on yer Captain approved regulation string bikini sailor unifroms and lets shove off...  |
