Message:   Jim Sinclair posted information on new legal dangers to salvors' rights. There was a lot of discussion last year on that other forum about the process and difficulties of salvage outside Florida waters.
Any advice, concerns, recommendations, or comments on the possibility of working and salvaging in both US federal (3-12 miles) and International waters (>12 miles).
How does one stay legal, or can you? Do you still file admiralties, or just recover and run?
