Hey Boys,
Say, a workable wrecksite off the coast of Florida, outside state waters, but within federal limits was found.
1. Is there any resource to check to see if there is an Admiralty filed on the site?
2. If it is clear, do you bring up a piece of the "unknown merchant ship", present it to a maritime attorney and file a claim?
3. If the Admiralty is granted, how does the Corps of Engineers, EPA, NOAA, etc. enter into play?
