Yup! Right after Butch & Sundance had the shootout with them.
I think the issue really goes to sovereign possession and the theft of the resources from the country (even though it wasn’t yet a country). But I think they are missing their opportunity by not filing on behalf of the indigenous people of Peru instead of Bolivia. That seems to make more sense and it also takes Spain completely out of the equation, which is a good thing. |
