Taffi,
When the State of Florida denied a permit for the 1733 wrecks, what reason did they give? I assume the real reason is the status of Spanish wrecks as redefined in the SeaHunt case, but Florida seems unwilling to admit to this. I wonder what they gave as their their official reason for denying the permit.
