Pat,
Thank you for that information. Do you know if Spain has actually responded to any such requests as yet? I know that after the SeaHunt case there were headlines like "Spain declares war on Treasure Hunters!" but I wonder what Spain's real policy is ? Of course, the fact that they are one of the ten countries who have signed the UNESCO convention probably gives a good indication.
