water service crawl space foundation
I plan to erect a log home on a all concrete poured foundation with a crawl space of about 4feet due to the water table level in the area so i cannot put a full basement in.The area has some cold winters so the question is:i will have water service coming into house through the concrete floor to connect to water utilities inside the home.Some water lines will run under the flooring aswell.This crawl space area will most likely be cold during winter months and suseptable to freezing.Any suggestion on keeping pipes frost and ice free? |
