Cedar Chalet
Hi! We are in the last phase of buying this cedar Chalet Shell (1000sq.ft., as a vacation home) with a 20X30 dimension and 8X30 covered Porsche. The septic and well are done. The electric and phone lines are very close to the property. Pl. can anybody give me a rough estimate as to how much it will cost us to finish the chalet so we can live in. I am told by the seller we can have two bedrooms and one and half bath. We just need basic amenities with a fire place and wood burning stove.
