Matching action with drug names and keyboarding. By far the most trouble I had was understanding drug action. I have no trouble keyboarding at my pace, I just barely got a C, I have old injuries and prefer an ergo keyboard over the straight. If I could just put my elbows into my ribs and still maintain my distance to the keyboard. Then keep text at the same level as the screen, I do ok with my progressive trifocals, just not speedy. |

EKG. We didnt get enough training on it, and it is essential that you know a lot about it if you ever are going to take the CMA exam! another one was the medication dosage. I dont do well with math! Phlebotomy is a breeze, but that is my opinion. I was so scared to do it at first, but now, I not only enjoy it, but am proficient with my blood draws and injections! |
