Message:   I really enjoyed reading that...the way you worded things and had me thinking of things (some that I didn't know and facts I already knew) in a different light! Reading this confirmed some things I'd been thinking about with getting back on my exercise and eating right and taking care of my God-given body because it's a slap in his face when we don't take care of a gift (no matter your body shape) and temple we are to be taking care of! Although I'm only 20, Id like to grow OLD, not die young over something that could have CLEARLY been avoided had I taken care of my temple! Thanks SCURV...Enjoyed it...keep it up...boy ya bad! lol
