Message:   Thank you for the information on this subject. After 10 years of a mortgage in a 240,000 dollars house and combined income of approximately 180,000 per year, my ex had the audacity to tell me he was an excellent steward with the money? I will learn from the mistakes I have made. I do not beat myself up,but definitely used this bad experience as a not to do again.
Just from the communication with Scurv, I have learned so much as he has been real to us on both sides (men and women).
Back in the day we used to have so much support for each other and now it seems that some of us will get ahead by stepping on each other for financial gain. So many peole have lost homes due to misdirection and also refusal to arm self with financial strategies to stay within their means.
Did desegregation hurt of help(?)
Is what is going on in the world today just a sign of the time we live in?
Has designer clothing detoured our desire for dedication toward education?
Has the dream of a King been defeated by rhapsody rapping?
Is there a remnant of this people who still have the desire to make known the truths and educate their people to a better way-yes there is. Thank you for representing.
