As I grew up, I learned even more why my dad would only eat my mothers food. I am sure you will find a pun in that one. But my dad would not eat at anyones elses house. He never made a fuss about it, he just never ate their food. Eating out is really a chance because you do not know the habitus of the person preparing your food. You have no control over the ingredients. If I use salt in my food while preparing it, it is the bare minimum. If we train ourselves to eat to live instead of live to eat we would benefit greatly!
