coat length
should a tt's coat be left long in very hot weather or is it best to have it trimmed? |

I have recently had my 17 month old TT clipped as it is cooler for him in hot weather and it makes grooming alot easier as it's a bit of a trial usually. I love TT's long cots to look at but for practicality it's preferable to keep benji clipped during summer. If you don't have any grooming problems then why not keep the outercoat long and just have the undercoat cut? A couple of people that I know do this all year round. |
