Metal Banding & Moment Arms
It is common to use a metal banding to support auxilliary items, like antenna mounts, to a pole. As such, I suspect the moment arm would include (a) the distance the mount sticks out from the pole + (b) the pole diameter. Is this correct? ...Or, would you only use the pole radius?
