Arts Retention Program - Request for Qualifications
The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles (CRA/LA) seeks to partner with, and provide assistance to, a select number of high-quality, financially responsible arts and/or cultural organizations with a demonstrated need for assistance and a commitment to the North Hollywood community. Only those organizations that are either currently located in, or will permanently return to, a site within the boundaries of the North Hollywood Redevelopment Project Area will be considered. Relocating organizations must have been displaced from the Project Area due to an unsustainable increase in rent. Interested parties are directed to download RFQ No. NP 3511 from the CRA/LA web site at www.crala.org on or after May 14, 2007. Copies will be mailed only upon request. A pre-submittal conference to discuss the RFQ is scheduled for 10:00 am on Wednesday, May 30, 2007 at the Lofts at NoHo Commons (inner courtyard) at 11136 Chandler Boulevard, North Hollywood, CA 91601. Interested organizations are requested to submit a Letter of Interest referencing “RFQ No. NP 3511” to Margie De La Rosa, Contracts Specialist, by e-mail at mdelarosa@cra.lacity.org or by facsimile at (213) 626-0090, with complete address and contact information. Respondents interested in the RFQ will be officially placed on the “Registered List” for this RFQ. Responses to the RFQ are due by 10:00 am on Monday, July 9, 2007.
