all this NoHo upgrading is fine and good but has anyone noticed more and more graffiti popping up everywhere? |

Hi Patty, Thanks for your post. Yes! There has been an increase in graffiti. If the individual business owners call 311 they can get someone out to clean. There are also non-profit groups that deal with this issue. Calling the local council office would be a way to get the information and the ball rolling. Lisa Bianconi Editor |
