Hi Beth,
I know you are super busy so I thought I would try to post here. Pippin arrived yesterday. He already had a bath and cuddled with me in a receiving blanket and had pellets! I have learned a lot from your site, thank you. Sometimes he beaks too hard then bites and doesn't let go. I am laddering him and giving him the evil eye. Turning him over and stroking his beak is seeming counterproductive because he tries to bite again, and I don't want to scare him. I read that beak holding is something birds do when they play, so I wonder if beak stroking while on their back gives them a similar message?
Also, should I start with the sleep cage right away? How about the flight suit? I would like to try within the week or sooner if you think so!
