Learner Drivers
Is anyone else getting fed up with all the learner drivers?? Over the last few years they seem to have multiplied ten fold and all you can hear is the sound of revving engines, crunching of gears and engines stalling. Try driving down Buckingham Road and it will take you an age to dodge passed the 3 point turners. Why do they all seem to pick Heaton Moor as the training zone for Greater Manchester……….. Any ideas on how to stop them would be gratefully appreciated. |
