Message:   Wind 2-4 mph southerly very shifty, sea slight
Afternoon saw almost completely different fleet and wind strength had reduced significantly.
Initial start saw Jess( laser R) in good position but v.light flukey winds appeared to suit Cats-Hobie 16 (Dave)and Dart 16(Terry) and the Buzz all making it to the windward mark well ahead of Byte ( Darren) and Jess. Westery reach suited Cats and Buzz who widenened the gap. The Run toward the beach saw the lead boths stalled in the variable and confused conditions allowing the Byte to reduce the gap slightly. Dave and Terry maintained a close position until Terry appeared to stop close to the windward mark, alllowing the Byte and Buzz to close significantly and Dave to cross the finished well clear of the restr of the fleet. Jess appeared to have gone into cruising mode due to the light conditionds allowing the squib to catch up. The Buzz sailed well gaining ground on the beats and reaches but found the run particularly difficult being overtaken at the end of lap 2 by the Byte.

Results Byte (Darren), Buzz(Tom and Kevin), Hobie 16 (Dave), Laser R (Jessica),Dart16 ( Terry) Squib 642(Penny and Magaret)
