Message:		TO MISTY004 on the Salem Message Board...I read the message board every day but I can't post any messages...I noticed your post regarding panic attacks...as a fellow sufferer I thought I might make a suggestion. I noticed my panic attacks happened after I had my tubes tied...the doctor at the time claimed it wasn't related but I KNEW different. After several doctors I finally went to a psycologist who thought it sounded more like a hormone inbalance...so I went to the doctor he recommended( who is now my doctor for 20 years) and he tested me for hormones...I had to take my temperture for a month every day and when I was ovulating I had to come in and take a blood test...sure enough I didn't have enough progesterone in my system. Apparently it is the calming hormone and is what makes women docile. So check it out...after I had a hysterectomy (I know I spelled that wrong).....my panic attacks were gone...peace and calm at last....so for what it's worth ...check your hormone levels you never know....I hope this helped.
