Ireland friendlies

How many people are going over to Ireland for these games, and who are all staying in the newcastle area,I am wondering how people will be getting to the games,Newry is about 23-25 miles and Armagh is 43-45 miles away from newcastle.

Re: Ireland friendlies

The price we got for a 30 seater from Newcastle to Armagh was £280.00 which would work out at £9.50 each if the bus was full. We will get in touch with the Coach company and find out the cost for a 30 seater to Newry and, hopefully, do a deal if we book for both days. Will post the cost asap.

Re: Ireland friendlies

We haven't booked anything yet. We were just seeing how many would be interested so that we could decide what size of coach we would need. The one we got a quote for was a 30 seater but from the response we have had it looks like we might need a larger coach. We will speak to the coach operater who gave us a quote for the Armagh trip and get new quotes for both games and a larger coach. Will post details asap.

Re: Ireland friendlies

Kerriann we are at the moment of trying to book buses from newcastle to newry and armagh we can get 30 seater and it works out about £17-£18 pound for both games but we are still trying to get something cheaper ,I no its not too bad a price, as we have quoted some ridiculous prices, another thing is trying to get everyones names for the bus who would be going on it.

I'll email you the names of our travellers if you like. I'd only book for the people who have a confirmed flight tho.

We don't fly out till Friday and are looking to get a minibus for then too. Think the lovely Cazza gets in about an hour before us so she would be included in our numbers for the friday.

When do you fly back?
