Don't know about that DF. I reckon he is playing a squad game. Big Craig wouldn't be a natural starter. The fact he is playing a friendly two games before the kick-off tells us a lot...

was only able to watch the 1st half tonight but we were immense, although against a fairly young and in-experienced Hamilton team who would have had double figures against them if it was a big team like Falkirk :-) Stevie Crawford was superb the bitty I saw and struck a great partnership with O'Reilly. Thought everyone else was also fantastic. A very entertaining game for a pre-season with BOTH teams playing a passing game - a joy to watch and long may it last. and before u think Ima flash kent I got a freebie thats why I could afford to leave at half time |

O'Reilly benefited from Paul Ritchie's experience, here's hoping he can recapture his from under Crawford. |

What a game from Craig O'Reilly, banging in both goals. Back to his best and it really worked playing alongside Stevie Crawford. His first was a peach of a diving header. The 2nd was just as good thanks to some great lead up play. Thought he had bulked up a bit and wasn't pushed about as easily as he has in the past. Certainly not bulked up as much as Wullie McCulloch though. Fell over the ball at one stage, probably couldn't see it for his belly. |

Loved the passing football. Great performance. Just shows you how good O'Reilly can be when we actually play football on the deck (as Temps will show too). Crawford looked very, very good. I take it back. Great signing Could've EASILY been 4 or 5-0. Can't recall McCulloch having a save to make. Who the hell are we going to start with now...?! Decisions, decisions. |

That was our first sight of the new look team and I must say i was very impressed by the performance tonight.Loyd Young was brilliant and I think DB wil have a bit head scratching to do before he decides which 2 start up front on Saturday. It could easily have been 4 or 5. Only downside was the defence looked a wee bit stretched at times by balls through the channels, although the Fozzy factor in front of them would probably fix that Looking forward to another exciting season. |
