Rowlett Forum

Hey Scout, it looks as if this forum may get some much needed attention. It appears with all of Baskets antics, she has managed to have the site closed down. Anyway, what have you been doing? I haven't read very many posts from you lately. I'm sure with kids and summer, you may very well be busy. Talk with you later.

I have been busy, but what happened to the Rowlett site? This is too weird. How did it get shut down and when will it come back?

Re: Rowlett Forum

Well, Basket being the nut that she is, tracked down Mrs. Grape at work and starting complaining to her about her husband and making all types of threats. Needless to say, Grape let her have it and even tried to talk with her husband about having a little talk with Basket, which didn't go well recepted. Anyway, blow after blow, basket started outing personal information, etc.
-
Someone made a complaint to the moderator, and I have to believe it was either Basket, Sharon, Voter or Face/Housewife. Anyway we tried to get on this morning and it was gone. It appears that the site, or one very similar, will be back up this evening after 6.
-
The drama continues.

Do you know what I find most disagreeable with you? You can't seem to think for yourself. You are such a follower, I can't believe you made it this far in life. Best of luck to you because you are going to need it. That forum is gone because of your King of the Dipsh!ts and the choices he made. That is the truth. You can try to twist it around all you want, but I have the facts, Amazing Forums has the facts, which is why they chose to close the forum down.

Re: Rowlett Forum

Basket, this is just another fine example of what we posters have to deal with. Why don't you go away? We would all have better conversations without you. You don't play well with others and probably never will. The funny thing is I get forwards of your emails all of the time and you want to say I can't think for myself? You really need to reread your posts and come up with some truths about yourself, if that can be done.

Re: Rowlett Forum

You don't own this forum. You cannot control who does and doesn't post. Like I said on the Rowlett forum, before your Sir. Grape screwed up and got it removed for violating the forum rules, you keep talking about me and I will keep coming on here defending myself. It is really so simple, yet you people just don't get it.

Re: Rowlett Forum

You really sound like a child. I truly believe you get your feelings hurt because you cannot keep up with the conversations others are having, or you don't have anything intelligent to post on the topic, so you start calling people names. I don't know why you have selected Grape to go up against. You know he is on a level much higher than you can comprehend.
-
Let's take for example the hunting post. There were a few of us having a rather pleasant conversation, and here you come calling Grape barbaric. Did you apologize for your rude outburst? NO! How about bringing his son in the conversation, and then start attacking his parenting skills, which you had no right to do, did you apologize then? NO! How about very recently when attacked Face for being a housewife? How do you think that made all of us mothers feel? Where was the apology then? Not that I really care about what you think, but you really have no boundaries on your own conversation which really is too bad. Let's just take this post for an example. How many times have you called Grape names here? Do you think that is OK? You are a very scary person. I believe you suffer from Multiple Personality Disorder. You cannot really think that your posts are acceptable. How about Homer? How about tracking him down and outing his information on the forum? Haven't you already been banned from the forum once before and your husband found a way around it so you could continue to post your nonsense? Don't claim ignorance, that is not an excuse!

Re: Rowlett Forum

Please provide proof of this. I made absolutely no threats and did not complain about her husband.

Like I said, you wouldn't know the truth if it bit you on the arse:

"What I would like is for your husband to try to be kinder to me on the forum." (Note this, after multiple unprovoked personal attacks on me AND my son because we went hunting.)

...and...

"Some of the things he has said are hurtful and untrue."

Perhaps you prefer "whining" rather than "complaining".

How did he let me have it?

By calling your "do you want me to publish all of the e-mails?" bluff.

He also didn't try to talk to my husband. He took the weasel way out and sent him an email.

So, after you sent my wife an e-mail...I was a weasel for sending your husband an e-mail? More classic Basket-think.

Had he gone in person, he would have gotten a much different response.

You mean, a response at all. As it is he didn't respond at all.

This is the funniest and most untrue of all. I never outed anyone, it was the opposite. I was outed.

And when I denounced that outing in public, your response was to track down personal info on me and beging the e-mail compaign, starting with my wife...who explicitely requested that you leave her out of your nonsense.

That forum is gone because of your King of the Dipsh!ts and the choices he made.

That's funny. I don't recall asking you to go crying to the moderator. I'm betting you also made some lame threat of legal action to the site operator as well.

That is the truth.

Again, you wouldn't know the truth...

You can try to twist it around all you want, but I have the facts, Amazing Forums has the facts, which is why they chose to close the forum down.

Really? They consulted with you on the matter?

.
By calling your "do you want me to publish all of the e-mails?" bluff.

I didn't put those emails on the world wide web, that was all you. Would you like the transcript from the thread to refresh your memory?
.
As for my husband, he doesn't put much stock in this forum stuff, so he sends his apologies for not responding to your email.
.
This is the funniest and most untrue of all. I never outed anyone, it was the opposite. I was outed.

And when I denounced that outing in public, your response was to track down personal info on me and beging the e-mail compaign, starting with my wife...who explicitely requested that you leave her out of your nonsense.

After your wonderful "denouncing", you then chose to insult my spouse and I, calling us "foolish" for having such personal information about our family on the web. My response for tracking down personal information about you was AFTER YOU TRACKED DOWN IT ON ME. Shall I get the transcripts?
.
Had I had your email, I would have sent it directly to you. My apologies for this.

What is your point? He made the choice to post personal, untrue, defaming comments about me. He made the choice to post the emails. He made the choice to post my full name, and school email. I have never once posted anyone's last name on this forum. If my name were Betty Smith, or Jane Johnson, that is one thing. But come on, you and I both know that as uncommon as my last name is, it is hardly the same analogy as the Homer incident. His last name was never posted. He doesn't have children who are very active in the community. He hasn't even been to Rowlett in his life. There is no comparision to be made. Call it what you like but facts can't be disputed.

No proof required, as the audience knows it to be true. This is not a court of law, so "proof" is an unecessary standard. If it WERE a court then the long line of witnesses to the facts would be sufficient.

Shall we continue on, or should we put this behind us and let all of us part our separate ways. Like I have stated before: I am more than willing to back off and not post IF you all stop posting about me. If we can agree on that, then this can be over and done today. If not, lets let this drag on for a few more days, shall we? I am offering a truce of sorts. I am sorry for emailing you Mrs. Grape. I realize my actions were wrong and I deeply regret them. If I had the chance to do it over again, I would have simply not said anything about the website info. and the next time some crazy guy like Dave got mad at your husband, whatever happened to you all would just happen. I meant no maliciousness to you or your family. I have found in the past, when other posters and I have had concerns or arguments, we could resolve our differences in private. I was wrong to assume that would be the same with your husband. I am offering you a public apology.
