VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION!

I live in Arizona, Mesa where the sun is hot and the air is dry.
I was wondering if I could grow some salvia outside my house.
I know i should first let the plant grow a custom to the humidity etc inside my house for a few weeks but,
after that i want take it outside so it gets bigger and stronger.

do you think i should get one or not?
