Hi there Seekers,
I haven't tried this yet, but really want to in able to see if there's any effects. Found the below recipe on a yahoo groups salvia site... NOT MY WORDS, or experience, but once I give it a try I'll leave findings later in this thread.

I have found that one and a half cups water, 3 gms of plain leaf boiled for
15 min and then on low to med head for at least 30 min yields a great effect
(around a level 3) . Sip after reaching drink temp, hold and swiss each in
mouth for approx a single min and then swallow. Try it, it amazed me!

yea did it work...please tell us I got a bag of leaf I don't know what to do with..
