It must be significant that we were all so very upset at this Faithful Bride closing down. I have been on other sites and just shrugged when they closed - or not even bothered returning to them anyway.

But the Bride has been different. Why?
Because it isn't a message board forum, it is a meeting place for those of us who are FRIENDS.

And it is a measure of our friendship that we all cried buckets when we thought that most especial friendship was in jeopardy of being broken up.

is that it has made us realize how much we truly mean to each other! Yoho is right. I have also gone on other boards as well. However, the friendships here real---the best friends I have found at any time in my life. And these connections would never had been made without the existence of this board. Wow! Just think about it!

If the Zone closed down, I wouldn't care. But to reiterate, this is our home. We've become lifelong friends forever. I expect when we all end up on the other side of the River Styx, we'll be getting together, too.
