I served on DDG-8 from 1986-1990, but i don't see my name on the "Former Crew" list. How do i get added to that list?

You have to sign on to the list (yes, another form) in order to get your name on it. Just a way of making sure no one is on it unless they want to be on it (I'm funny that way). Go to the very bottom of the Former Crewmember page - or use this link: http://www.ddg-2.org/crewmen.html#form
