High powered water jetting

Our company has been asked to clean a building, some of this work will entail the use of a high powered water jetter. Can anybody point me in the right direction to compile a method statement and procedure please?

Description of works:
i.e. trade workers etc? consider interaction between trades – co-operation and co-ordination of works
Dates of works:When from and when to?
Duration of works:Days / weeks etc?
When normal working hours our of hours working? If out of hours, how will you manage?
Description of works, Have they stated the works or have they generalised – i.e. cleaning?
Access and egress:Where is it, have they referred to it?
Access keys or arranged access. Will you need to supply are there increased security risks.
Use of scaffold or use of scaffold towers, Are they are you, you have greater liability
Work at height how is it completed, Are they providing as above
Noisy activity. Is assessment & monitoring required, how is it controlled?
Dusts and/or fumes. Is assessment & monitoring required, how is it controlled?
Vibration (Hand arm vibration syndrome). Is assessment & monitoring required, how is it controlled?
Manual handling: Is assessment & monitoring required, how is it controlled?
Security. Is personal identification required?
Special training: CITB: CSCS scheme:Provide evidence.
Competent staff: see training certificates etc:
Debris. Removal of waste and waste products
General housekeeping:Removal of waste and waste products
Personal protective equipment, Is assessment & monitoring required, how is it controlled?
Who is first aid trained? They must have trained personnel
Contacts.Office site supervisors etc.
Who issues, who alters, who amends. The documents when conditions change or alter
Monitoring arrangements Who checks them to ensure they are doing what is stated.
COSHH assessments where are they Is assessment & monitoring required, how is it controlled?
Risk assessments Is assessment & monitoring required, how is it controlled?
Permits required, You are in control, you should issue and control.
Have you copies of their safety policy Obtain copies
Method statement. Is it on site, is it read and understood by operatives etc.
