Feigner was awesome. he came to Multnomah Stadium (Portland, OR) in 1960 and struck 'em out from the official softball distance, but the crowd started booing, so he moved back to the regular pitching mound, still striking them out. THEN he moved back to second base. same outcome. the crowd went wild.
I am proud to say I went 2 for 2 against The King.Oh did I say 1 hit he pitched from 2nd base & the other he was blindfolded.Scared the hell out of me when 1st pitch went over my head by 2 ft.the next one he threw a little slower.
