Did you miss me? I have been in Costa Rica since Friday a week ago. Nice place but real hot and humid. Got to go to bes now. It's after 1:00 and we just got in.

Barry,what did you think of Costa Rica?I bought land there last year.It is really building up & our development Costa Esterrios is just about finished.All roads & underground utilities are almost complete.It's a good investment.The 1st development started at 60,000 a lot & a few have resold at 200,000 & our development is nicer.They are starting their 3rd one as our 460 lots are just about gone.The cost of living is very low.We are about 2 miles from the Pacific Ocean.

Beutiful country, but roads suck big time. Drove half way across country on road than was 1 lane each way, washed out in places and graval in other places. Never saw 80 km/hr (aka 50 m/h) Everything is up and down worse than San Fransico.

Barry .... my only question is do they play bridge there?
