When does the division placement take place?

My thinking is that division placement will be a factor in trade offerings.

Ray, last we discussed the divisions it looked like we were going to give the geographical thing a try.
If we do indeed go with it, it would look like this,

Note, this is not the official division setup, but unless I hear from enough owners who would prefer a random drawing, it will likely be.

I have heard back from both Ron and Dick. They both plan to play in the OGBL in 2010. That means all but Les will be back next season.
