1952 W.S.

I just finished watching game 7,Yanks- Bums.I figured I could fast forward my DVR & watch it in 1/2 hr.It was so exciting it took me over 2 hrs.I also realized I had met personally the following Yankees:Mickey, golf tournament,Yogi,Berra & Rizzuto Lanes in Clifton,Gil MacDougald at an Essex County athletic dinner,Scooter, golf tournament,Billy Martin,at the Journal American Clinic in 1949,Whitey,fantasy camp,Ralph Houk, diner welcoming him as Yankee mgr 1961,Pal's Cabin,W.O.+ 2-4 against Joe Black but he was around 45 then. Even tho I knew the outcome it was still very interesting.I never realized what a fantastic job Bob Kuzava did,1 run lead, bases loaded & he gets Snider & Robinson on infield pops. Then shuts them down in the 8th & 9th.Mickey hit the game winning HR in both game 6 &7.If you get a chance it's on MLBN classic games worth watching.Forgot Martin's catch with bases loaded when Collins lost pop in the sun, saved the game.

Ted, I also watch these old-time games. Even though I know the outcome, I still enjoy them better than the games played today.
