Can someone confirm if the actor who plays Wilcox (a Brimmer's investigator, watching Ken Archer from a car) in "Death lends a hand" is Paul Jenkins? Looks a lot like him. Jenkins can be seen in "The most dangerous match" as sergeant Douglas.

It might have been Mark Russell, but I don't know for sure. I do know that the same guy appears as an operating room tech in "A Stitch in Crime." He was the one who told Columbo "there wasn't a false move" in reference to Mayfield's 2nd operation on Hidemann.
