I think I located the Oliver Brandt house used in The Bye-Bye Sky High IQ Murder Case. The address is 10451 Bellagio Road Los Angeles. Does anyone know where the Mensa Clubhouse is located ?

Also, the residence used for the exterior in Ransom for a Dead Man seems to be the Hilda Boldt Weber mansion located at 10644 Bellagio Road.

The mansion land of the newspaper publisher used in Death Lends a Hand looks like the land in The Godfather, the grounds of the Waltz, the movie producer.

It was also used in the comedy film \'The Jerk\' starring Steve Martin.
