Lovely but Lethal background cast

Just wondering if anyone knows if one of the people in the background of the fancy ladies room scene between Vivica and Shirley, is Joanna Cameron (Lorna from Negative Reaction). It looks like her, but not sure if she was an actress that did background scenes that didn't have lines.

Maybe a little, but it's not Lee Grant either. She was likely just a studio extra needed for the scene.
