John Cassavetes & Fisher Stevens question

According to this site, they were in 2 Columbo episodes each. But, they only listed 1 Columbo episode for each of them.

What were the other Columbo episodes they were in?

Click on Guest Appearances and then click on Murderers. Click on season 2 for John Cassavetes and then click on season 8 for Fisher Stevens. Both were listed for being on 2 episodes.
