Location, Any Old Port in a Storm

Hi,
I happened to watch this episode recently, and noticed a lovely lake surrounded by mountains, where Columbo interviewed Rick's friends (it may be the same lake the body was found in?)
Does anybody know where this could be?
And for that matter, the "real" location of the Carsini winery?

About the real Carsini winery there's a post with photos on this forum.

I don't know where is the lake, but Ric body was found in the ocean.
