I will guess Ben Hacker a LT OPS Officer in Arg, CO of Barbados. At the 25 SOSUS reunion he was already Flag Rank.

Re: IUSS Trivia

Thanks ED,
He was one of the old timers that I remember that was connected to SOSUS and made Flag Officer. I remember him because he seemed to have an amazing memory. At the 25th
reunion (I think) my wife and I approached him to say hello and congratulate him on his promotion to Admiral and he knew exactly where and when we served together and even my wife's name from that long ago. He seemed like wonderful caring man, may he rest in peace.

Re: IUSS Trivia

You are right Chuck. Ben was a great outgoing gregarious person and politically astute. I was his XO in Bardados and had some great experiences with he & Jean. His crowning
Achievement was getting HRH Princess Margaret of England to come to lunch at NAVFAC in Barbados.
His funeral at Arlington was well attended, including the remaining Tuskegee Airmen.
