I was honored to attend the Change of Command and witness the professionalism displayed during the ceremony.

Captain C. Rauch, Commander Undersea Surveillance, was the guest speaker as Commander Jason A. Vogt assumed Command from Commander Marc C. Eckardt.

Blue skies and a pleasant temperature in the upper 50's greeted the men and women of NOPF Whidbey Island in their dress whites, for the ceremony.

I am a very proud American to know these young men and women protecting our freedoms.

Well done to all hands.
