Under "Unidentified Uploads" in the photo library there is a 5"X6" photo of an emblem, possibily something that could be afixed to a wooden plaque for a OWO qualifying at some command or a gag giftwhen an OWO was leaving the Command. It could even be something given/made at the RTF's. I would like to know about it's origin/ history.
