OT "license plates"

I recently bought an OT rating insignia license plate from an online company. The owner is a Navy veteran with a family run business. Shipping was fast; the tag looks good, and is AMERICAN made (for a change!). The website also offers many other Navy ratings, as well as a huge selection of tags and tag frames for all branches/ranks of the military. The web page is:

Seasons Greetings and Happy Holidays to you all.

They have a nice looking button down shirt too...

Re: OT "license plates"

Caution. This will seem like a no-brainer but I will mention it anyway. If you plan on ordering one of these to put on the front of your car, look at your car and make sure it has a place for it.

We ordered a batch of license plates for our church as part of our mission outreach effort. We expected lots of sales to members of our church but actually have had very few. Many cars being made now do not have a place for license plates in the front (bumper is smooth). We have suggested people can still buy them and put them on their bicycles, wheel chairs, walkers, etc. but sales have still been slow.

Re: OT "license plates"

Might check with dealer for a way to attach plate. some states like Iowa require a front plate so must be a way to attach them

Re: OT "license plates"

I bought a new Comaro in February and it had the smooth front and no place for a front plate. It did, however, come with a front plate kit. So, if you have the smooth front go to a Chevy or GM dealer and buy the kit and that will solve your mounting problem.
