Looks like we are logging in 100,000 about every 3 or 4 years based on past milestones:
1,200,000 on 11/5/12
1,100,000 on 12/24/09

Since the site visits counter is now at 1,300,034 it looks like we reached the milestone some time yesterday based on the graphs on the "view site statistics". Anyone claim to be the lucky person?
