Ernie Castillo, GS (Ret), had a stroke October 28th and is in the hospital. It was a pretty mild one, but his speech and communication is a problem. He started PT and his strength is good – the issue now is his balance and coordination. Once they get his blood pressure lowered and stable he will go to rehab.
