Military and civilian leaders are facing difficult decisions as they work to preserve Arlington National Cemetery as the shrine to the nation's heroes and history. With limited space for expansion, eligibility rules are being considered to extend the site's role as an active military cemetery for decades to come.

The link you had in there works for me when I cut and paste it and the one you quoted from my post works for me when I click it.

What are you getting when you do either of those?

My browser (Chrome) is completely "black" and the tab at the top of the browser page say "display (1x1).

But the good news today is that when I copy and paste the link I'm able to get to the site so all is well.

I have been out of pocket for the past week so sorry I did not reply earlier.

I could not reproduce what you are seeing.

The link works for me in chrome.

Glad you can get to the page but, things that make you go hmmmm, ya know?
