A Very Bad Day in Russia for the Special Purpose Nuclear Submersible LOSHARIK; 14 Dead

The LOSHARIK - as previously discussed this site - is capable of operating at depths
up to 20,000 feet.

It has seven inter-connected titanium spheres each about 18 feet in diameter that
serve the purpose of a single pressure-hull - better to withstand the pressure of 8900
psi at 20,000 feet.
