Made It Through The Rain Again

If any of you need Vascular Surgery for AAA or bypass may I recommend Dr. Joss Fernandez at Boone Hospital Heart Center. This is the most skilled vascular surgeon I've ever encountered. If you need stents for heart blood flow, Dr. Anthony Spaedy, a colleague of Dr Fernandez, is an amazingly skilled surgeon. Both are 5-star rated by those who count the most... their patients. Boone is one of the highest rated hospitals in the USA and I feel privileged to have had both the gentlemen do the work to keep this old man going strong! I feel 20 years younger! No more CHF!!! No more shortness of breath!!! No more chronic fatigue for doing nothing... and this is only my first day out of surgery. Zero interference with renal issues! And Dr Fernandez suggests that that issue may just fade away now that the proper amount of blood is flowing into the old pipes. I swear to you all, this man was sent to me! He indicated he was going on family vacation, but changed his mind after he heard of my issues with renal marking dyes. He said he wanted to use the newer Carbon Dioxide method more often and that I presented a real challenge. Good professionals ALWAYS step up to real challenging problems. I am home now. Two weeks of no lifting, and some nice meds that are short term pain non-narcotic solutions. The nurse in the ICU said that it was as near to a perfect surgery that she had ever supported. I have two tiny cuts healing, no pain thus far, and one of the best experiences of my life. I'm going to lube up those under used rods and take another shot at that 18.0 inch Crappie I missed back in 1989, or her daughter, or grand daughter. Life is indeed good. Bless you all for putting in a good word for me. The Lord bless you and keep you safe!
