It is with a heavy heart that I inform the community of Gordon’s passing. His battle with cancer ended at around 6:00 AM. I will pass on service information when it becomes available.
I am so sad to hear this news. I can't stay enough how much Gordon's professionalism and manners affected me. I will always remember our time on Adak and in Memphis on a CNO project. Thanks, Robin for the news albeit so sad. Tonight I will raise a glass to Gordon.
Chris and I are so saddened to hear of Gordon's passing. He was a fellow Columbus, Ohio native, a neighbor at base housing in Centerville and a humble man despite all his accomplishments. He was the type who was responsible for the success of others but would never take the credit. We shall pray for him and his family, while celebrating Gordon's life.

Such sad news. Gordon and I had such good times in San Diego and at Pearl Harbor. God grant him peace and rest. Prayers for healing the sorrow of his family at this sad time.
